In West Hollywood, where Halloween is the biggest night of the year, they’re adding an element of adult-life safety to the city’s otherwise wild and crazy celebration. The My 12 Step Store, located at 8730 Santa Monica Boulevard, is partnering with community organizations to provide fentanyl test strips, Narcan (a medication that can reverse an opioid overdose), condoms, toiletries, and information about substance abuse recovery services.
