Love yourself enough to live a healthy lifestyle.

The body, mind, and spirit are interconnected. Each has the power to affect the others, both positively and negatively. In our addiction, we abused our bodies, and because of this our brain and our spirit suffered. As part of our recovery, we need to take care of our body by eating right and exercising. When we do this, we simultaneously enhance our mind and nurture our spirit. Being in recovery is not just a matter of staying sober, it’s about living a healthier, happier, more integrated life.

Eat healthy foods and devote at least 30 minutes to physical movement.
