Andrew specializes in relationships, mid-life transitions, sexual recovery, trauma, and addictions. He is the author of the new book, It’s Not About the Sex, which looks at compulsive sexual behaviors, brokenheartedness, and a sustainable way to become emotionally sober. In this discussion, David and Andrew discuss the connection between childhood trauma and addiction, and some of the benefits of positive psychology.
